Rana Pratap Velide

Rana Pratap Velide is based near the Hyderabad GPO, right in that 500001 district. It’s a place where you really feel the pulse of the city. There’s always someone shouting outside or a horn honking, which is just standard for this neighborhood. We operate out of a modest space that’s mostly filled with files and the equipment we need to get through the day. It’s not a place where we host big meetings with fancy catering. Usually, it’s just us sitting at our desks and making sure everything is handled correctly. Rana is often busy with one thing or another, so the place can feel a bit rushed sometimes. We don’t have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so there might be a bit of dust on the shelves. It’s a real working environment. We don’t try to pretend to be something we’re not. We just do the work as it comes in. The location is great because everyone knows where the GPO is, so it’s easy to find us even with the traffic. We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, like any local business, but we keep at it. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The local tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up when we need a break from the paperwork. It’s a basic, functional life here, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
