You can find me over in Chaitanyapuri, right next to Keerthi Residency. It’s a very familiar spot if you live around here, especially being so close to the Ramalayam Temple. I’ve been at Door No 1-7-132 for quite some time now. My work is pretty hands-on and I spend a lot of time dealing with the specifics of local projects. It’s a small operation, which I think people appreciate because they get to talk to me directly. There’s no middleman or corporate layers to go through. Being near the temple means there's always a bit of peace in the air, even with the Dilsukhnagar traffic not too far off. I usually have a few drawings or files spread out on my desk. It’s a working office, not a showpiece. I help people with their building needs or technical questions in a way that’s easy to understand. I don’t like using jargon that confuses people. If there’s a problem, we find a way to fix it that makes sense. A lot of my day is spent balancing office work with visits to nearby sites. It’s a good way to live and work, being part of the Chaitanyapuri community. People know they can just drop by and I’ll give them a straight answer about their project. It’s just how things are done here. I’ve lived in Hyderabad my whole life and this area feels like home.
