Banoth Vamshi Raj Naik

My place is at Flat Number 304 in the MSR Residency, right across from the fruit market in Kothapet. It's a busy neighborhood, and you can always smell the fruit from the market when the wind blows the right way. I use this space for all my professional work under the name Banoth Vamshi Raj Naik. It’s basically a home office setup, so it’s quite simple. I’ve got a desk, a couple of chairs for when people drop by, and my computer equipment. Living and working in the same building means there isn't much of a commute, which is nice. The building itself, MSR Residency, is a typical apartment block with families living all around. Sometimes you can hear kids playing in the hallway or people talking on their balconies. It makes the work day feel a bit more grounded. I handle most of my business through calls and online meetings from here. The 304 flat isn't huge, but it's enough for one person to stay organized. I spend a lot of time here, especially in the evenings when things quiet down a bit across at the market. There's a small balcony where I can see the traffic moving on the main road. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby or a secretary, it’s just me and my work materials. I keep things pretty informal. If someone comes by, we usually just sit in the living area and talk through whatever needs doing.
