Radit Estates Llp

Our office is located at 3-6-190/2 in Hyderguda. It is right in the Himayathnagar area which is a pretty central part of Hyderabad. We have been here at Radit Estates Llp for a while now. The building is older but it serves us well for our daily work. We have a small space filled with desks and a few cabinets for all our property records. It is a busy part of town so there is always something happening outside our door. We spend our days talking to people about local real estate. Sometimes it is about buying a small plot and other times it is about a rental in the middle of the city. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or a big sales team. It is just us doing the work. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. The neighborhood is full of cafes and banks so it is easy for people to stop by. We try to keep things simple. We know the streets of Himayathnagar like the back of our hands. Dealing with property here means you have to be ready for anything. The market moves fast but we just take it as it comes. We are not trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who walk through our door and need some help with land.
