Radiant Hardware Stores

Radiant Hardware Stores is located in Shop No. 2 and 3 of the Lolakpuri Complex. We are at 5-5-101 in the Raniganj area. It is a busy market street with lots of people walking by and cars honking. We sell all kinds of hardware items, from small screws to bigger tools and supplies. The shelves are packed and sometimes it is hard to find things quickly. We spend a lot of time climbing up ladders to get boxes down for customers. There are two of us working here most days. It gets dusty because of the wind and the construction work happening nearby. We don't have a fancy display or modern lighting. Everything is just stacked where there is room on the shelves. Customers come in asking for things we haven't seen in years, and we try to help them find a substitute that works. The Lolakpuri Complex is an old building and we have been here since the start. We drink a lot of water because it gets very hot in Raniganj during the summer. We don't really have a set lunch break; we just eat when the shop happens to be empty. There is a lot of haggling over prices, which is just part of the business in this market. We keep our accounts in big red books. We don't use computers much for the daily sales. It is a basic shop for people who need hardware for their homes or small projects. Radiant Hardware Stores is just a local place.
