Rachuri Associates

You can find us at Pinki Nivas in Narayanguda. It’s an older building but it works for us. We have been here as Rachuri Associates for a long time. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We mostly handle the technical side of things for people building stuff. It’s a lot of measuring and then measuring again because you don't want to get it wrong. We aren't a big flashy firm. It is just a handful of us who know how to put a building together on paper. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about how the city is changing. Other days we are rushing to finish a plan before the sun goes down. We use old desks and the chairs squeak a bit, but the work gets done. People around here know us as the place to go when you need a drawing that actually works for a contractor. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. It is just about getting the lines straight and the math right. Hyderabad is a busy place to build anything, so we just try to keep our heads down and focus on the current project. It’s a job like any other, but we enjoy seeing things get built. We don't have a big sign, so just look for the name at the entrance.
