Q&Q Watch Centre

Our little watch centre is right across from Stanly Girls High School on Chapel Road. The address is 5-9-171 if you are looking for it. It is a bit of a crowded area with all the school traffic and people moving around, but we manage. We have been in this spot for a while. Mostly, we see students or parents coming in because a watch stopped working or a pin fell out. I spend most of my day sitting behind the counter. It isn't a very large space, and sometimes the boxes pile up in the corners when a new delivery comes in. We try to keep things organized, but it gets messy when we are busy with repairs. I remember when we first moved here, the street looked different, but the shop has stayed mostly the same. We have different types of watches, some for kids and some for adults. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tools. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't get to it right away because we're holding a tiny spring or something. That’s just how it goes. People in the neighborhood know us by now. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have fancy displays or bright flashing lights. We just keep the clocks on the wall running and help whoever walks through the door. It’s just us here most days and we don't mind the noise from the school.
