We’ve been here at Siri Arcade in Gachibowli for a while now. It’s on the second floor, room 202, right in the Ideapolis building. If you know Old Bombay Road, you know it gets pretty crowded around here, especially with the college right nearby. Roda Mistry College brings a lot of foot traffic to this part of town. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we sit down and look through property listings and deal with all the paperwork that comes with real estate. Most days start with opening up the windows and checking what’s come in over the phone. We spend a lot of time talking to people about houses and land in the area. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the door just to hear ourselves think. We like being in this part of Gachibowli because everything is close by, even if finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we usually grab something in the afternoons. It’s just us doing our thing, trying to keep the records straight and helping out anyone who walks through the door looking for a place. It’s regular work, nothing too complicated, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up in the evening. We’ve seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter.
