Priyas Physiotherapy & Pain Relief Clinic is over in Domalguda, right in the Himayath Nagar area. We are easy to find because we're right beside the Axis Bank ATM. It’s a handy landmark for everyone. We deal with a lot of back pain and stiff joints here. Most of our patients are people who sit at desks all day or older folks whose knees aren't what they used to be. The clinic isn't huge, but we have enough space for the exercise mats and the machines we use for treatment. Himayath Nagar is a busy spot, so there’s always people walking by. We don't do much advertising; usually, someone just sees our sign while they are getting money from the ATM and comes in to ask about their shoulder pain. We use simple language to explain what’s going on with your muscles. No need for big medical words that nobody understands. We just want to help people move a bit better so they can get back to their lives. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and the days can be long when the schedule is full. We keep the towels fresh and the floor clean. It’s just a regular local clinic trying to help the neighborhood stay a bit more mobile and pain-free. It feels good to see someone walk out a little straighter than when they walked in last week. We just keep at it.
