We are based out in Boduppal, specifically at 5_6/130 in Rajalingam Colony, Phase 2, Bolliguda. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which we actually quite like. It’s a bit quieter out here. Principal West Consultants Llp is just a group of us working together. We don’t have a big corporate structure. Our office is a practical space where we handle our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on calls and sorting through data. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the work we know how to do. The colony is a nice place, and we’ve gotten to know the people nearby over the years. We aren't into fancy presentations or polished marketing. We just focus on the details of whatever project we’re currently handling. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the documents, but we know where everything is. It’s a small operation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From answering the door to finishing up reports, everyone chips in. We like the independence of being out here in Boduppal. It allows us to work at our own pace without all the distractions of a downtown office. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s as simple as that. There are no big meetings about goals, just the actual work getting finished. That is how we have always done it.
