We are set up over in Prasanthi Nagar, inside the Ida Kukatpally area. Our office is on the first floor, specifically Flat No. 24. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze since it’s basically an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace for our biotech business. We don’t do any large-scale manufacturing here; it’s more about the technical research and managing the distribution side of things. The stairs leading up to our unit are quite narrow, so whenever we get a new delivery of lab supplies or office furniture, it’s a real struggle to get everything up there without hitting the walls. We have a couple of small rooms where we keep our samples and the computers we use for tracking all our data. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, though you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. We aren't a big corporate entity with a lot of funding. We’re just a small team of three or four people who handle everything ourselves. We spend a lot of time double-checking our records and making sure the inventory is correct. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important to be thorough when you’re dealing with biotech products. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors, so we usually just meet people in the main room among the stacks of papers and sample boxes. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company.
