Pranava Physiotherapy Clinic

Pranava Physiotherapy Clinic is tucked away in Kakatiya Shop Lane, over in the Bapu Nagar area of Amberpet. If you know this part of town, you probably realize how those little lanes can get quite busy and crowded. It is not the easiest place to find if you are visiting for the first time, but once you have been here, it is fine. We focus on physiotherapy, so we see a lot of people coming in with bad backs or knees that just won't stop aching. It is a lot of stretching and showing people how to move their bodies better so they aren't in so much pain during the day. The clinic is very straightforward. We have some mats and the usual equipment you would expect to see. It is mostly just about putting in the hard work and getting people to do their exercises properly. We see a lot of neighbors from Bapu Nagar and some people who drive in from further parts of Amberpet. It can get a little bit cramped when we have several people in at the same time, but we manage to make it work. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know most of the regulars by name. We don't go for anything flashy or expensive. It is just about getting the job done and helping someone walk a bit easier. Every morning we open up, clean the tables, and wait for the first person.
