We are located in 105 Ushodaya Apartment in Mehdipatnam. It’s right there in Hyderabad-28, which is a busy part of town. Working out of an apartment building gives it a different feel than a big glass office. You hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Traffic on the main road can be a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our time working on engineering stuff and keeping track of various site plans. Our desks are pretty crowded with papers and calculators. It’s just a handful of us here, and we’ve known each other for a long time. The email address we use is an old Rediffmail one, which shows how long we've been around. We don't see the need to change things just for the sake of looking modern. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes people have trouble finding the right door in the apartment block, but once they get inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We take our tea breaks when we can and try to get out before the evening rush hour hits the streets too hard. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t have a big marketing department, so what you see is basically what you get when you walk through the door. We aren't big on titles or fancy desks, we just want to get the engineering work done correctly and move on to the next thing.
