You will find us at 2-9-12 in Jawahar Nagar Colony. This part of Ramgopalpet is usually quite busy with people moving back and forth all day. Pokarna & Company has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we do. We don’t spend much on decorations or flashy signs because we are usually too busy keeping track of the inventory. The mornings start early here. We unlock the shutters and start looking over the lists of what needs to be sent out. The colony has a mix of houses and small businesses, so there is a nice balance to the day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things slow, but we manage. Inside the office, there are stacks of papers and some old wooden desks that have seen better days. We do our own accounting and handle the phone calls ourselves. It’s a straightforward way of working. If a customer walks in, they usually just talk to whoever is free at the desk. We don’t have any scripts or corporate rules. It’s just about getting the job done and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. The fan overhead hums all afternoon while we pack up the day's work. It is a simple setup, but it’s ours and we know every corner of this place by heart.
