We are located right near the Yadagiri Cinema Hall in Santosh Nagar. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded when a new movie comes out. Our office is at 9-6-113 in Bahvani Nagar. It’s a modest space where we handle all our associate work. We’ve been in this spot for some time and most of the neighbors know us. We deal with various property matters and general consulting. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. The desks are usually covered in papers and maps. We drink a lot of tea while we talk to clients who stop by. Sometimes people just drop in because they were passing the cinema hall and remembered they needed to ask us something. We don't have any big flashy signs. It’s just a regular office where we try to help folks out with their land and housing questions. The street outside can be a bit noisy with the traffic and the cinema crowds, but we don't mind it much. It’s home. We try to be straightforward with everyone. No tall tales, just the facts about whatever project is on the table. We’ve seen Santosh Nagar change a lot over the years. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up. We just take it as it comes and keep the door open for whoever needs to talk. It's not a corporate setup, just us and some computers.
