Our office is on the second floor of the IVRCL Towers on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills. It’s a bit of a fancy address for an engineering firm, but the work inside is as practical as it gets. Banjara Hills can be a nightmare for parking, so we’re always telling visitors where to find a spot. Up on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but you can still hear the city moving outside. We deal with a lot of engineering projects, mostly sitting at desks with computers and big printed plans spread out everywhere. There’s always a pot of coffee going in the corner because the days can get long when we’re trying to meet a deadline. It’s not just about the drawings, though; there’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with people out in the field. The office isn't overly decorated. We’ve got some calendars on the walls and stacks of folders on every available surface. It feels like a place where things actually get done rather than just talked about. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change around us quite a bit. Despite being in a modern tower, the way we run things is pretty old-school. We value clear communication and just getting the job finished without too much fuss or extra fluff.
