Pavani Engineering Works

Pavani Engineering Works is located at Plot No. 47, Phase-4, in the Ida Cherlapally area. It’s right in the heart of the industrial district where everything is constantly moving. If you walk into the shop, you’ll likely hear the sound of tools and smells of grease and metal. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls; we are more of a grease-under-the-fingernails kind of place. The plot is tucked away among many others, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded with materials waiting to be used. Most of us have been working here long enough to know where every single wrench and bolt is kept. We start the machines up while the air is still cool in the morning. By noon, it gets pretty warm under the roof, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t really have a front desk person or anything, so usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just wipes their hands and says hello. The Cherlapally area is always noisy with trucks, and we just fit right into that rhythm. Dealing with the daily work keeps us busy enough that we don’t have much time for anything else. We just focus on the engineering tasks in front of us and try to get the dimensions right. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in Phase-4. We like it that way and don't see any reason to change how we do things or move from this spot in the estate.
