Patidar Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot D-172 in Phase - Iii of Idajeedimetla. The industrial estate here is huge, and we’re right in the middle of it. We deal with polymer materials every day, which means there’s often a lot of heavy lifting and moving bags around. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens. We have a couple of machines that run for most of the shift. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and we usually end the day with dust on our boots. We aren't big on fancy titles or long speeches. If something breaks, we fix it and keep going. The warehouse can get pretty hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and stay focused. The forklifts are always humming back and forth, and you have to keep your eyes open so you don't get in the way. We don't have a lunchroom, so we just sit where we can and share whatever we brought from home. It’s a decent life here in the industrial estate, even if it’s a bit gritty. We’ve had the same group of guys working here for a while, which makes things easier. We know which machines are finicky and how to get the best out of the raw materials we get. It’s a straightforward operation without any unnecessary fluff. We just focus on the batches we have to produce and make sure they get loaded.
