You’ll find Pasura Bio-Tech at number 43 in P&T Colony, which is just across from Vikrampuri Colony in the Kharkhana area. It’s actually a pretty nice spot compared to some of the more industrial zones. The colony is relatively quiet. Though you still get the city sounds from the main road nearby. The office is in a building that feels more like a house than a corporate block. We’ve got some plants out front that we try to keep alive. The summer sun makes it a struggle. Inside, the rooms have been converted into workspaces. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but it makes for a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have a big cafeteria. We usually just share tea in the small pantry area. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and what they’re working on. We’ve been here in Kharkhana for a good while. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. The commute isn't too bad for most of the staff, which is a plus. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very strictly. It’s more about just getting the work finished. It’s a comfortable, low-key environment where we can focus without too many distractions. It’s just a normal office in a normal neighborhood doing its thing every day. It works well enough for us.
