Owmya Physiotherapy Clinic

We are tucked away on Saket Road, right in G R Reddy Nagar. If you know where Hotel Sampradayam is, we are basically right next door to it. Kapra is a busy enough area, so finding a quiet spot for physiotherapy is good. Most people come in because they’ve hurt their back or have some old injury that won't go away. We have the usual tables and machines you’d expect at a physio place. It’s not a huge clinic, just a couple of rooms where we work on getting people moving again. Sometimes it’s noisy outside because of the hotel traffic, but inside we just focus on the stretches and exercises. We’ve been here for a bit, and the locals seem to know us by now. We don't do anything flashy. You come in, we see what’s wrong with your leg or shoulder, and we try to fix it over a few weeks. It takes time, which some people don't like, but that’s how the body works. The walk from the main road isn't too bad. We keep our schedules on a paper log mostly, and we try to stay on time, though sometimes sessions run over. It’s just how it is when you’re dealing with pain. Being near the hotel is handy if you’re hungry after a session, I guess. We are just a local team trying to help our neighbors stay mobile. We have some weights, some resistance bands, and a few other bits of equipment. The lighting is just regular overhead bulbs. We try to keep the place cool.
