Novelty Gifts

We operate Novelty Gifts out of Shop No 76A and B/1 in the Babukhan Estate over in Basheerbagh. It is a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the different shops, but we have been in this spot for a while. We carry a variety of items that people like to give for birthdays or weddings. It is not just one thing; we have shelves filled with all sorts of bits and pieces. Some days it is very quiet and we just spend the time rearranging the stock or checking what we need to order next. Other days, especially around the holidays, it gets a bit hectic with people looking for last-minute presents. We aren't a big department store, just a couple of units combined into one. The lighting is okay, but it gets a little warm in the afternoons. We know many of the other shop owners in Babukhan Estate, so there is always someone to talk to if things are slow. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and wait for people to walk through the doors. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to this building for years. We try to keep a good mix of things on the shelves so there is always something different to see. It’s just a normal shop run by normal people. We've been at this address for a long time.
