NMR ESTATES LLP

We’ve been based out of Plot No 12 in UBI Colony for a while now. If you know Road No 3 in Banjara Hills, you know it’s a busy spot but our corner stays relatively quiet. It’s just a few of us here at NMR ESTATES LLP working out of this office. Most days are spent handling paperwork or heading out to look at sites around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get in and out, but we manage. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We mostly deal with local folks and people who have lived in this part of the city for a long time. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and try to keep everything organized. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we’re always cleaning something. We keep some tea and snacks around for whoever stops by. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. Just a local business trying to stay on top of the local property scene in this part of town. We stay until the work is finished, usually late into the evening if it’s a busy week.
