Nishka Research (Opc) Private Limited

Nishka Research (Opc) Private Limited is our small company based in Uppal. We work out of Flat No-203 on Plot No-64 in Bibi Saheb Makta. Uppal is a nice area in Hyderabad, and our spot is more of a residential building than a big commercial complex. We have the 500039 pin code here in Telangana. Being in a flat means it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office. We have a few rooms set up with computers and files for our research work. It is usually quiet, which is good for focusing on what we are doing. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who show up every morning and get to work. The building is simple, and we know some of the neighbors who live in the other flats. It is a bit of a walk to the main road, but it is not too bad. We do not have any flashy signs or anything like that. If you walked past Plot No-64, you might not even realize there is a research company inside. We like the privacy it gives us. Most days are spent looking at data and writing reports. We take turns making tea for everyone. It is a very normal, low-key environment. We have been here for a while and the location works well for us.
