Nine Direction Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Padmavathi Plaza, Plot 26 in Sindhi Colony. Sindhi Colony is a pretty well-known neighborhood, so finding the plaza isn't too hard. We are just one of the many businesses in this building. It’s a marketing firm, but don't expect some high-tech studio with bean bags. We have regular desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee mugs everywhere. The plaza has a bit of a parking issue, so most of us try to get here early or we end up walking a few blocks. The office itself is okay, maybe a bit dimly lit in the corners, but we have enough lamps. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens. It gets pretty lively during the middle of the day when everyone is trying to coordinate things. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of fresh air, though the view is just other buildings. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the other people in the plaza pretty well. It’s a decent community. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. It’s a straightforward way to work. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep things organized.
