Nijam Estates

Begum Bazar is always crowded, and our office at 24 Main Road is right in the middle of it. Nijam Estates has been here for a long time. You can hear the vendors shouting and the rickshaws honking all day long. It's a lively place, maybe a bit too much sometimes. The office itself is quite old. We have heavy wooden desks and some old chairs that creak when you sit down. We don't bother with fancy decorations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to get to it. People come to us because they know we've been on this road forever. It’s not about being the biggest agency; it’s just about being here. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes we just sit and watch the rain. There is a lot of history in Begum Bazar and we feel like a small part of it. We don't have a big sales pitch. We just know the streets and the buildings around here. It’s a simple life. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors. Most of the people who walk in are looking for something specific, and we try our best to help them out without any fuss. It’s just how things work at number 24. We don't plan on moving anywhere else soon because this is where the action is. It keeps us on our toes.
