Neotech Industries

Neotech Industries is situated at 7-43/317/50 P in Mahesh Nagar, which is near the ECIL Post in Kushaiguda. This part of Hyderabad is quite industrial, so we are surrounded by other workshops and small factories. Our space is basically a large shed with a high ceiling that keeps it relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We have various machines and workbenches spread across the floor. There is always a faint smell of metal and lubricant in the air. We keep our office records in a small cabin built into the side of the main hall. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on manual work and getting things built. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; if you come by, you’ll usually find us out on the floor with our sleeves rolled up. Mahesh Nagar is a bit far from the city center, but it suits us because we have enough space to move around. The yard outside is often dusty, and we have a couple of old chairs under a tree where we sit for our afternoon break. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, we do the work on the machines, we check the measurements, and we go home. It’s not a glamorous job, but we take pride in the parts we make and the fact that we’ve been at this address for years.
