So we are located over in Jeedimetla, specifically in the New Shapur Nagar area. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of activity and trucks moving around the I.D.A. Our office is actually part of G. Prabhakar Reddy’s place, house number 4 33-64. It’s not your typical corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. It is more of a grounded, working environment where Nawa Engineering & Consultants Pvt Ltd operates from. B. Nagara is the local bit of the map we call home. Most days it is quite hot here in Hyderabad, so we keep the fans going and just focus on the paperwork and the designs on our desks. It can be a bit tricky to find the house the first time if you aren't familiar with the lane numbers in Shapur Nagar, but once you’ve been here, it is easy enough. We spend a lot of time just talking through things and making sure we haven't missed anything. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that, just a few of us trying to make sense of the daily grind. We don't really bother with fancy slogans. We just stay here in Jeedimetla and do our thing. It’s been like this for a good while and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the noise from the nearby units. Usually, we just grab some chai and get back to it.
