The street we are on is a bit tucked away from the main road, so it’s slightly quieter, though you can still hear the city noise in the background. We have our desks set up in the main rooms of the flat. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We spend our days working on business solutions, which is a lot of problem-solving and back-and-forth emails. It’s nothing too exciting to describe, just the usual grind. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby; you just come up the stairs and knock on the door. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get some air or take a quick phone call when the office gets too loud. The light in the afternoons is actually pretty nice in the front room, which helps when the days get long. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other people in the building. It’s a simple, honest place to work and we don't feel the need to make it look like something it isn't. We just do our jobs.
