My Telecom

We are tucked away in New Maruthi Nagar, right behind A.S. Rao Nagar in Kushaiguda. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually like. My Telecom started out small and we’ve stayed that way on purpose over the years. We deal with mobile phones, basic repairs, and some service plans. The shop is at number 19. It’s not a huge place, but we somehow fit a lot of spare parts and tools into the back room. Most of our customers are locals from the Kushaiguda area who’ve been coming to us for years. We don't do much advertising or post on social media much. Usually, someone just mentions us to a neighbor when their phone screen cracks or the battery stops holding a charge. It’s a messy job sometimes with all those tiny screws and delicate wires all over the desk. We sit at the workbench for hours at a time. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool enough in the summer. Being near Maruthi Nagar is convenient for us since most of the staff lives within walking distance. We just open up in the morning, see who comes in, and try to fix whatever is broken. It’s simple work but we know people really need their phones working these days. We just try to help them out and keep the prices fair.
