We operate out of Mig C41 in A. S. Rao Nagar, right here in Hyderabad. Smart Bridges Telecom India isn't some massive tech hub in Hitech City; we're tucked away in a more residential-commercial mix part of town. The office is basically a converted house, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical corporate building. We have rooms filled with routers, antennas, and all sorts of telecom gear. There are wires running along the walls and boxes stacked in the hallways. Our day-to-day involves a lot of technical troubleshooting and planning out network installs. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office feels a bit disorganized with all the equipment lying around, but we know where everything is. The team is small, mostly engineers and a couple of administrative people. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually just order something from the local shops in AS Rao Nagar or bring lunch from home. The neighborhood is nice because it’s quieter than the main city center, though the parking can be a real pain if you arrive late. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. We just get the equipment configured and get it out to the sites. It’s a practical way to work. We’ve been in this building for several years now, and while it’s a bit cramped, it works for us. We just keep our heads down and keep the connections running.
