Punrasar Telesystems

You can find Punrasar Telesystems over at Surya Complex in the Gunfoundry area. Abids is an old part of the city, and our building has that aged feel to it. We are up in units 29 and 30, so there are some stairs to climb. The shop is full of phones, cables, and various pieces of hardware that have been there for a while. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes stacked up. We spend our days answering questions about signal issues or helping people pick out a basic phone that actually works. The windows do not let in much light, so we keep the overhead tubes on all day. It gets a bit stuffy in the summer, but we have a small fan that helps. Gunfoundry is a place with a lot of history, and you can hear the street noise even through the walls. We have regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened. They know we don't use any fancy talk or try to sell them things they don't need. We just sit at the desk and handle whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to process things, which gives us time to chat. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We are not a big corporation; we are just a couple of people working in a crowded office complex.
