You can find M.V.S. Associates at Shop No 15 in Eshwari Apartments. We are in the Temple Alwal area. The Alwal Police Station is very close by, which is how most people find us. It’s a landmark everyone knows. Alwal feels a bit slower than the center of Hyderabad, which is nice. Our office is on the ground floor. It’s easy for people to just walk in. We spend our time working on plans and talking to folks about their building needs. It’s a small space, but we have enough room for our files and desks. The building is a bit older. We have some chairs for people to sit while we talk. There is nothing fancy about it. We don’t have a receptionist. Usually, whoever is free just answers the door. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. We know the neighbors. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is a festival at the temple nearby. We don’t mind. It feels like being part of the community. We do our work, drink some tea, and head home in the evening. It’s a straightforward life. The walk to the nearby park is nice in the evenings after we lock up the shop for the day and head out.
