Move N Cure Pain & Physiotherapy Clinic is located over in the Charminar area, specifically at 20-4-62/1/A in Panch Mohala. If you are familiar with the streets around here, you know it can get quite crowded. Our clinic focuses on pain and physiotherapy. Most people come to see us because their back hurts or they’ve twisted an ankle. We have some mats on the floor and a few benches for the exercises. It isn’t a huge gym or anything, just a practical space where we work on getting people moving again. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the sounds of the street, but it doesn’t bother us much. We see a lot of elderly folks from the neighborhood who have trouble walking. We also get younger people who hurt themselves playing sports. We don’t use a lot of high-tech gadgets; it’s mostly just hands-on work and showing people how to stretch properly. The lighting in the back room is a little dim, but it’s fine for what we need. We keep our schedules in a simple diary. Sometimes we run a little behind if a patient needs extra time, but people are usually patient about it. It’s a small, honest operation in the heart of Panch Mohala. We just want to help the locals get through their day without so much physical pain holding them back.
