You can find us at 2 3 871 Prgathi Nagar in Kukat Palli, Hyderabad. It is a growing part of the city, and Mott Macdonald is right there in the middle of all the action. The office is in a spot that feels very much like the rest of the neighborhood—busy and a bit dusty from all the construction happening nearby. We spend our days working on various engineering and consulting tasks for our clients. Most of the team commutes from different parts of the city, so we are always talking about the traffic on the main highway. The office layout is very simple. We have got our workstations, a small area for meetings, and a corner for the water cooler. It is not a place where we host big parties or events. It is a place where we sit and get our work done. We have a lot of thick books on engineering standards that we refer to all the time. The windows look out onto the street, and we can see the metro line in the distance. We usually have a lot of paperwork to get through, and the phone rings more than we would like it to. It is a practical work environment. We do not use a lot of big words or marketing talk here. We just tell you what the project needs and how we are going to do it. It is a steady routine for us. We show up, we do the work, and then we go home. That is about it.
