MLR HOMES LLP

MLR Homes LLP is located over in Secunderabad, specifically in Janakpuri Colony. We are on the third floor, Flat 301, in Sree Satyam Residency. It’s an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office environment. We like it that way because it’s quieter and we can actually focus on what we are doing. Karkhana is a nice area, though it gets quite crowded around the market during the weekends. We’ve got a small team here. Most of the time, someone is out checking on a project or meeting someone while others stay back to handle the phone calls and paperwork. The balcony gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice when we take a tea break. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure things go right with the homes we’re involved with. We have a couple of desks, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. Usually, we are busy with calls throughout the day. People in the colony know us by now. We try to be practical about everything we do. No big promises, just regular work day in and day out. Secunderabad has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit right into it over the years without making too much noise.
