If you are looking for Metro Engineering Industries, we are at Plot No.625 in the Bn Reddy Nagar Colony. We are quite close to the Cipet building in Cherlapally, which makes it easier for people to find us. This area is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of workshops around here. Our plot is a decent size, and we’ve got different sections for the different types of work we do. There is always a smell of grease and metal in the air, which you get used to after a week or so. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know where every tool is kept, even if the place looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Cherlapally can be a bit far for some people, but it’s a good place for this kind of industry because we don't have to worry too much about making noise. The machines are old but they still work perfectly fine as long as we oil them regularly. We spend a lot of our day dealing with local orders and making sure the dimensions are right. Mistakes happen sometimes, so we just fix them and move on. We don't use much fancy software; a pen and a notebook usually do the trick for us. It’s just a steady routine of coming in, checking the machines, and finishing whatever is on the schedule for that day. We keep an extra kettle for making coffee when we have to stay late for a delivery.
