We are right here in Balanagar, right next to the Andhra Bank. People around here know the spot. We've been doing this kind of work for a while now. It's mostly about building things and making sure the engineering part is solid. Sometimes the office gets busy with drawings and plans. We handle projects that come our way, trying to keep things moving. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather is bad or supplies are slow, but we stay at it. Most of the team lives nearby. We aren't a huge faceless office; we just show up and do the jobs. If you pass by the bank, you’ll see our door. The area is usually crowded with traffic, so we try to get things done early in the day. We deal with various infrastructure needs that the local projects require. It’s practical work. Nothing fancy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details. Most days are just about managing the sites and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We are just part of the local landscape now, doing our bit with the engineering side of things.
