Medius Consultants is based out of Alwal Hills Colony. We are at Plot No 368, in the Old Alwal area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center of Hyderabad, which some of us actually prefer. The air feels a bit different up here in the hills. Our office is a simple building, nothing too flashy. We have a front gate and a small area where we park our scooters. Inside, it’s mostly just open space with desks. We do a lot of consulting work, mostly helping people who are trying to get their own projects off the ground. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but we also talk a lot amongst ourselves to solve problems. It’s a collaborative place, even if it looks a bit plain. The colony is quiet for the most part, except for the occasional delivery truck or neighbors passing by. We like the pace of work here. It allows us to focus without the constant noise of the heavy traffic you get in places like Banjara Hills. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where Plot 368 is. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around, we just want to do good work for the people who find us.
