Our office is located over at Cyber Pearl on the first floor. It’s right in the middle of Hitech City in Madhapur. If you’ve ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know how crowded it gets. The traffic is something else entirely. We spend a lot of time just getting into the building in the mornings. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevators for too long. Inside Markettools Research Pvt. Ltd., it’s mostly computers and people talking on headsets. It’s a research place, so there’s always a lot of data being moved around and analyzed. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, but we’ve all got sweaters at our desks. There isn’t much to look at except for some windows facing the other buildings. We have a small area where we get coffee and eat lunch. Sometimes we go out to the local food stalls if we have the time. Madhapur has changed so fast. It used to be much quieter. Now it’s all glass buildings and IT workers everywhere. We just focus on our specific tasks and try to keep up with the deadlines. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We have a routine that works for us, and the day usually goes by pretty fast once we get started on the reports.
