Balaji Furniture Interiors is mostly just us working with wood and trying to make stuff that people can actually use in their homes. There is always sawdust on the floor no matter how much we sweep. It gets into everything, but that is part of the life. We spend our days measuring twice and cutting once, or at least we try to. Some days are smoother than others. We make chairs, tables, and cabinets for folks around here. It’s funny how people have different ideas about what looks good, so we see a lot of variety in what we build. We aren't interior designers with fancy degrees, just people who have spent enough time around tools to know what works. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need inside. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors are used to the sound of the saws. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to hold a piece of timber in place. It can be a bit chaotic during the busy season, but we manage to get things finished. We just like making things that last a little longer than the cheap stuff you find in big stores. It’s just us, some wood, and our tools.
