Tirupati Plastics is out in Mallapur Uppal, specifically at Plot No 24, Survey No 159/2. The area is quite open, which is nice because it gives us a bit of breathing room. Our facility is mostly dedicated to the molding machines. They run for several hours a day, and the whole place has that specific smell of warm plastic. It’s not a bad smell, just something you get used to after a week of working here. We have a big yard where we keep the raw materials in large bags. When the wind picks up, the dust from the yard gets everywhere, so we spend a lot of time dusting off the finished products before they are packed. The office is just a small cabin near the gate. It has a window that looks out over the entire floor so we can see what's happening. We don't have any fancy boardrooms. Usually, if we need to discuss something, we just stand around one of the machines. The crew is mostly guys from the surrounding villages. We have a small stove in the corner to make tea in the afternoons. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the parts we produce are solid and that the customers are satisfied when they pick up their crates. It’s practical work for practical people.
