Krishna Mobiles

We are located right on the Surana 'X' Road in Mallapur, directly opposite Vimta Labs. It’s a very busy corner in IDA Phase-II, Cherlapally. There is always a lot of dust from the road and the sound of horns because of all the industrial traffic. Our shop is Krishna Mobiles, and it’s not very big. We have glass counters filled with different phone models and a lot of boxes of chargers and screen guards stacked up behind us. The back of the shop is where we do the repairs, and it’s usually a mess of tiny screws, soldering irons, and broken screens. We spend a lot of our time squinting at motherboards and trying to fix buttons that don't work anymore. The fans don't always keep the place cool, especially when the afternoon sun hits the front window. We get all kinds of people coming in—factory workers from around Cherlapally, students, and people just passing through Hyderabad. Sometimes we can fix a phone in ten minutes, and other times it takes days to get the right part. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of stools. We’ve been here in Ashok Nagar for quite a while now, and we just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what can’t. It’s a regular shop for regular people.
