Magna Infra & Consultants is located in Puppalaguda at Plot Number 33. We are right in Friends Colony, which is a growing part of the city. To find us, just look for the Karur Vysya Bank, as we are right beside it. Our work is centered on infrastructure and general consulting. That means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out what can be done with it. We aren't a massive corporate group. We’re just a few people who know the technical side of development and want to help others navigate it. Our office is a simple space where we meet with builders and property owners. It’s right on the ground floor, so people can just walk in. Puppalaguda has changed so much lately, with new apartments popping up everywhere. We’ve been here watching it happen. We try to be very down-to-earth with our clients. If a project seems too risky or if the ground isn't right, we’ll say so. Giving people false hopes just to get a contract isn't something we do. It’s more about being a reliable source of information for the neighborhood. Most of our days are spent on the phone or over a map.
