We are tucked away behind the HMT area in Jeedimetla. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular engineering shop at Door No 3-97/B/75. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of grease. The Qutubulapur Mandal area gets pretty busy during the day, but our spot is a bit more set back. We spend most of our time dealing with the machines and making sure things are running like they should. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually dirty by noon. People from around the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something looked at. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. We’ve got some old tools that still work better than the new ones. It’s just how we do things here. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, honestly. But we’re more focused on what’s on the workbench. It’s noisy, especially when the heavy stuff is moving. We don't really do much advertising; people just hear about us through word of mouth. My brother and I usually handle the main tasks. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps pass the time when the jobs are tedious. It's a living, and we've been at it for a long time now in this corner of the city.
