Our office, Leak Proof Engg India Pvt Ltd, is up on the sixth floor of the Alkarim Trade Centre. The room number is 602/D. We are located on M G Road in the Ranigunj area, which is a pretty well-known spot for businesses around here. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We focus on engineering stuff, so our office is usually full of technical drawings and project folders. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know exactly where everything is. Ranigunj is a hub for trade, so being in the Alkarim Trade Centre fits what we do perfectly. Sometimes the lifts are slow, but that’s just how it is in these older commercial blocks. We’ve been here for quite some time now and have seen many businesses come and go, but we stayed put. The street outside, M G Road, is always packed with traffic and shops. We like being in the middle of it all. It’s a practical space for us to meet and discuss technical details without any fluff. We don’t have fancy brochures or a front desk person; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We are mostly busy with checking designs or coordinating with the guys on the field. It’s a straightforward engineering office. We do our job and keep things moving from our little corner at 602/D. It's a solid place to work and we know the area like the back of our hands.
