Leaap International Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 4th Floor of Sai Prakash Apartments in Vidya Nagar. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. Vidya Nagar is a decent area to work in, it's not too loud but still has plenty of life. Our office is a pretty standard setup. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we have our tea and coffee. We aren't one of those big companies with huge lobbies and security guards. You just come up the stairs or take the lift and you're at our door. The people here have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We handle international stuff, which means sometimes we are dealing with different time zones, but we try to keep regular hours as much as we can. It’s not always easy, but we make it work through some effort. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or big slogans. We just focus on the logistics and the details of our daily tasks. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they should be at the right time. We just try to stay honest and do the work that is in front of us each day without making a big scene. It is a quiet but steady way of doing things.
