We’ve been doing engineering work from here for a good while. It's a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, which is nice when you need to focus on technical drawings or project plans. The building is a sturdy one. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the business. There’s a lot of paper around—blueprints and invoices mostly. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that does anything special. Just a kettle in the corner and some old desks. We’ve seen the city grow up around the hills over the decades. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the street to get some snacks or just stretch our legs. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group working out of this Banjara Hills address. We know our way around the technical stuff, and that's what we focus on every day. It's just a base for Lata Engineering. We show up, we work, and we go home.
