We’re located at House Number 8-2-178/9 in Pratap Nagar, which is part of the Panjagutta area in Hyderabad. This part of the city is always buzzing with energy. Our Larsen And Toubro Ltd office here is basically an old house that’s been converted into a workspace. It has a lot of rooms and stairs, which can be a bit confusing if you’re new. We like the character of the place, though. It feels more personal than a glass tower. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, mostly keeping track of what’s happening at various sites around the state. The traffic in Panjagutta is legendary, so we try to time our movements carefully. There’s a lot of history in these streets. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t really go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just sit at our desks and get to it. Lunch usually involves someone bringing in a big tiffin to share. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even when we’re stressed about deadlines. We just want to do a good job and keep things running smoothly.
