Our setup is over in Tara Nagar, right on the first floor of Sai Priya Enclave in Flat 101. It is a busy part of Serilingampally in Hyderabad, and there is always some noise from the street below. We have been using this space to manage our local tasks and keep track of the different things we have going on in this part of the city. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up against the walls. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when the weather is not too hot. Hyderabad can get really dusty, so we are always cleaning the windows and the tables. There are a few small eateries nearby where we get our afternoon chai and snacks. It is a practical place to work from because it is right in the middle of where our projects are happening. The neighbors in the enclave are used to seeing us coming in early and leaving late. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights, just a small nameplate on the door. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace over time. We handle the paperwork, take calls from the field, and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible despite the usual daily hurdles.
