L&T is based here at Flat No. 302 in the Venkat Sai Apartments. If you know Secunderabad, you probably know the Saraswathi Nagar area pretty well. It’s right around Lothukunta. We’ve been set up in this building for a while now. It’s just a regular apartment block, nothing too fancy from the outside. Usually, the morning starts with the usual sounds of the neighborhood waking up. People are heading out to work and the traffic starts picking up on the main roads nearby. We are right there in the middle of it. Mr. P.N. Manoj Kumar is around most days. The office inside the flat is pretty simple. We have our desks, some papers, and the usual gear we need for our work. It isn't a massive corporate floor with hundreds of people, just us in this space. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are moving around, but that is part of being in an apartment building. Finding the place is easy enough once you get into Saraswathi Nagar. We just go about our business here every day. We don't really have big signs or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a quiet way to run things. We’ve grown used to the routine of this part of Secunderabad. It feels like home to us, honestly. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
